The ultimate time management secret for fitness professionals
If you’re anything like me, some days you just wonder where all the time went.
You didn’t dilly-dally, sitting around watching MONSTERQUEST or Oprah, eating bon-bons. You worked, and you worked HARD.
But you finished the day further behind than when you started it, because new projects and more work got added to your plate.
Has that ever happened to you?
It used to happen to me…seemed like every other day.
And I’d tell myself not to be a wuss – just to suck it up and soldier on – get more done, faster.
But that’s not a realistic approach long term. It just doesn’t work. Because we all need to recharge, or else we melt-down.
But how do you stop the work-flow long enough to catch your breath?
That’s the BIG question.
And the answer is…you can’t. The work doesn’t stop. If anything, it grows in size and importance as your business grows. And as your business grows, it becomes even more vital that the work get completed, because there’s more at stake – you have more responsibility.
So the real answer isn’t to try and stop the work-flow, or escape it…but rather to CONTROL it by organizing, prioritizing and delegating it.
Okay, that sounds good in theory, right? It makes sense, doesn’t it?
But…how do you DO that?
What’s the solution to your time-management problems? What’s the secret to massively improved productivity? How do you get more done in less time…so your business grows effectively and profitably, and so you can have a stress-free life outside of work?
Let me show you.
The first, and therefore most important step, is to actually SEE everything you do on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. You can’t control and organize your work if you’re spending all your time doing the work. You can’t see the forest for the trees, so to speak.
You have to step back and work ON, rather than working IN.
So here’s how you do that…
It all starts with “dumping” everything in your head, and everything on those sticky notes all over your office, everything in your day-timer, everything from your “to-do” lists…out onto one big sheet of paper.
It starts with making the master list…the big brain dump.
Then you can actually SEE everything you do now, and everything that must get done.
And when you can see it all, then you can quickly and easily organize it, prioritize it, and if necessary (and it almost always is), delegate some of it.
That’s how you get CONTROL, my friend.
Not just control over the work, but control over your life.
Now, I’ve given you the big picture here, but if you want to get into the specific, step-by-step process for doing this, then let Sean (the most productive guy I know) walk you through precisely how to implement this “brain dump” productivity multiplier.

This is the first and most important step in moving your fitness business and your life from chaos to control.

P.S. It’s really not about being more productive, it’s about being more EFFECTIVE. It’s one thing to “get a lot done” – it’s a whole other thing to “get the right things done.”
“Things which matter most must never be at the mercy of things which matter least.” – Goethe
P.P.S. Remember Stephen Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”? Habits #1, #2 and #3 are: Be Proactive; Begin With the End in Mind; Put First Things First. These are the foundational habits of EVERY effective person (effective = successful). And that’s what this no-cost video series is all about:
