The Most Valuable List You’ll Ever Make – Guaranteed To Improve Your Fitness Business
I want to do something a little different today. I think you’ll really like it.
I want to show you how to become literally unstoppable.
And all you have to do is make a list.
Here’s how it works…
On Friday, Sean posted a Maxwell Maltz video to the blog.
Did you watch that video yet?
If not, you must.
It contains the formula for peace of mind and real happiness. Seriously.
And ultimately, that’s what we all want.
But there’s even more to it than that.
There’s a success system in that video, which Dr. Maltz expands on greatly in his classic, Psycho-Cybernetics.
You should read that book. But at the very least, watch the video Sean posted here.
Minute 1:40 – Dr. Maltz shares the whole secret to achieving success
Minute 2:30 – He gives you the definition of success
Minute 5:00 – Dr. Matlz talks about how you must live in the present, but program your mind just like a computer by concentrating on past accomplishments and successes and using that to project unstoppable confidence into what you’re trying to accomplish now. He calls it “Theater of the Mind.”
But here’s a way to exponentially increase the power of that technique…
Why do we keep and display important pictures, trophies, diplomas, certifications and awards? Because they document our accomplishments, right?
And that’s a potent reminder of our personal power.
But you can take that another step further. An important and hugely valuable step further.
Here’s what to do:
Open a word document and start typing a numbered list of every accomplishment in your life, no matter how small. Keep going until you’ve exhausted your memory.
At the end of that list, leave FOUR blank spaces.
Just type the number and a line, like this:
18.________________________
19.________________________
20.________________________
21.________________________
Then print out your list.
As you accomplish something new, HAND WRITE it onto your list. Writing by hand has a way of making a more impactful memory link in your brain than typing does. It locks that accomplishment into your gray matter.
After you’ve filled all four blanks, go back into your word document and update your list, making four new blanks at the end.
That list should be PROMINENTLY displayed somewhere you will see it every single day. And you should review it, or at least acknowledge it, every single day.
This way you keep a running list of everything of significance you’ve accomplished in your life, and NOTHING – N.O.T.H.I.N.G. – will supply more nourishing “food” to your brain’s “servo mechanism” (success mechanism) than this.
It is the single most valuable list you will ever make.
There’s a VERY good reason almost every highly successful person has read and applied the teachings of Dr. Maltz. Psycho-Cybernetics works.
Watch the Dr. Maltz video a couple times, it’s packed with meat.
Make it a great week,
Eric
P.S. Watch the video and make your list. You may think it sounds a little goofy right now, but when you do it…

Thanks Eric,
Have started a list. It’s a good exercise to do. A reminder of how much you can achieve.
And thanks for the referral programmer template. I’ve stuck it on my cork-board – pretty simple, but bet it’ll increase my effectiveness by tons
