Eric,

Scary! Ironic, you bring up exactly what I (and probably many others who are serious about growing thier pt biz - (is) or are going through right now (Frazzled & Stressed).

I have been for months. But the healing process has begun - realized I needed a break - and have started to heal - because I'm now able to take my family on a 1 week vacation in Florida's good side.

Not sure how many of you read these comments but if you're in the fit business hiring, training trainers, clients, and learning this new management skill set, you've got to grow personally (been hard for me), but thing is the flip side of it all, is you'll find yourself at times bogged down as I have - having to control growth. Opportunity presents itself everyday, gigs, events, yet I've been so stressed with internal training of staff - that because I'm writing this on your blog, tells me I need a break. Haha

Point of me telling you this is that something like 8 years I never took a vacation longer than 2 days. Took me since October 09, up until recently, that I can take my family on vacation. Now I've got the systems in place (thanks to NPE) - I mean this.

Oct 09' hired first trainer out of 180 applicants! Got past the 'noone does it better than me syndrome'..hardest thing I've done.
Just last week another trainer has been hired shadowing him all next week - while I'm gone. Things are so exciting & different now from the ol' days in my wife's dining room area training clients 6 years ago.

For all those of you pulling your hair out just know that Eric & Sean's systems are the real mccoy. Take one step at a time..

I bought Rainmaker, Duplicator, Autocloser, Deep Core (yet to implement) & about to get into Project Manager Pro after my vacation.

Its true when they say 'the ladder of success is never crowded'. Now I know why...it takes guts.

But more than any product or service you can buy, the real gem lies in your HEART of what you really LOVE & want to do.

I'm off to take a much needed vacation.....

Thanks & hope to empower & inspire all of you,

Jerremy
