Nutrition In Your Fitness Business
Short message today.
This is nothing new, but something you MUST be addressing in your business for 2009.
I’m talking about NUTRITION.
People are literally crying out for help here.
And if you don’t have a SYSTEM to educate, train, and support your clients in this area of their lives, I hate to be the one to tell you but…
…your program is an ‘incomplete solution’.
Coaching exercise is only 1/2 the equation in delivering results to your clients.
You’ve got to give em’ everything they need to succeed.
Many fit biz owners just don’t know how to do that.
And they’ve been scared into thinking they can’t help their clients with this area of their lives because somebody once told them ‘that’s outside your scope of practice’.
If that were the case, then you might as well go ahead and lock up every mother who tells their child to eat a carrot instead of a carrot cake.
The bottom line is clients need your help.
And It’s up to you to put a system in place that will solve the problem.
Then everybody wins.
Your clients get a complete solution, better results with your services, and you in turn receive value in growing a new ‘division’ of your company.
Not everybody seems to ‘get it’ here yet.
But think it over.
It just makes good sense.
We spent the last year putting together a program to help our top NPE members in this area.
And it is COMPLETE program. Quite a mack-daddy I must say.
Our clients running it are just starting to really gain momentum now with the whole model.
Here’s an e-mail I received last week:
“Hi Sean,I hope you are having a great day! I just wanted to send you a quick update on our (name intentionally deleted to protect the program) class that we are launching tonight! I started promoting it Tuesday November 25 right before Thanksgiving with the postcards and a few emails and we’ve got 21 people all paid and signed up. And there are tons of people that inquired about the workshop series, but the weeks didn’t work out for them because of the holidays. Once we are done with tonight’s class I am going to put out emails with testimonials and start promoting January’s series. Thanks for your hard work in getting this project together. I’m very excited to share this and all the other good things we’ve done since our last meeting. Have a great afternoon! Holly”

Tonight Eric and I are flying down to Miami for a consulting day tomorrow with Shana Ross (NPE Member of the Year), then Friday and Saturday meeting with all our Platinum clients for hard core 2009 planning.
