Exponential growth. Already freed from delivery work I have two primary jobs now: manage and grow. The more time I spend managing the less growth. I feel that our potential as one of your first C-4 clients will exceed all other fitness business owners, given the opportunity to use E-Z Operator in our facility. Around summer time last year, I stumbled across business management software companies. My business is a boxing club that’s now into bootcamps. i looked into MindBody and Champions Way as it relates to the Martial Arts business industry. Both well respected companies with a lot to offer, my website was not up at the rime either. I had maybe 20 members for boxing only and still had a crapload of sticky notes and papers, file folders etc… I wanted to go ahead even though I would have struggled to pay for it, but I knew it was a great investment. I did all my research, by talking to them over several phone conversations among other things. I was talked out of it by my significant others as well as some of my members who were willing to do up a simple website. But the problem still remained regarding the management side of things. I was on month to month payment plans which everyone knows is torture, at the start of this year I moved into post dated cheques, but my goal is EFT. I now have a lot more members, and a bootcamp that has the looks of a successful venture. Now I have even more sticky notes and file folders that I can handle. Not only that with the bootcamp going strong, I’ve neglected many other things including the boxing business which is the spearhead of everything as it’s all in that name. A management software would work wonders for my business as I own my niche market but need to continue going foward. fort lauderdale is the most difficult area in south florida to get people to pay for training. They all want a trainer, but they don’t want to pay for it. Miami and palm beach are easier for trainers in that area.
I have wanted to be involved with NPE for quite sometime and feel this is the only answer to being successful in an area as difficult as fort lauderdale.
Somehow we have ‘survived’ 5 years in business without good behind the scenes systems. I’ve been training people for over a decade, and all along I’ve sought ways to maximize client-retention, their happiness, and most of all, client-RESULTS! Without results, where are we left? However, in the quest for the ultimate training experience, which I’ve always tried my hardest to provide, I find myself working longer hours and making about the same if not less money more often. I am strictly an in-home trainer, so a lot of my time is spent on the road. This system would allow us to integrate components we have in multiple places – spreadsheets for client tracking, attendance sheets, Quickbooks, ACH/EFT, trainer scheduling, payroll, email, and things I have forgotten (which is part of the problem) and put them in one place, with one application. I have seriously been looking for such as system for a couple years, have spent some time in two other applications that did some of what we needed, but not even close to all of it.
We are ready to take the next step in growth, and frankly I am not going to have time to do things the way we have been – one application for this, one for that, none of them communicating well with each other. There is only one non-renewable resource that limits our ability to grow as fast as we can, and that is time. Time to perform the revenue producing functions rather than always playing catch-up on the back end.
I can’t even begin to quantify the potential growth that will occur when we put EZ Operator in place and can get in, get it done, and get out.

The potential benefit I see in EZ-Operator to my business is exponential. Quite simply, it offers me two things every business owner needs more of: TIME and FREEDOM! By providing these, it will enable me to realize the single most profitable quality in business: CREATIVITY! I can’t wait!
I currently run QuickBooks & Infusionsoft. I like having everything in one software.While infusion is an amazing client management software program it lacked some of the sales tracking processes I wanted and a scheduler. I am so excited for EZ Operator because this along with Rainmaker is going to save me so much time! As a VIP member, all my ‘done for you ‘content, newsletters & landing pages are preloaded (say good bye to Publisher, and cutting/editing & pasting copy), EZ will allow me to automatically track & test all my ROI’s. I just checked out MindBody, and then you guys unveiled this awesome product. I can’t even image how much time and thought energy was put into developing something this inclusive. Being a newbie, these stories from others in the fitness business of feeling like they’re in quick sand hoping someone will throw them a life line aren’t exactly encouraging, (more head trash) but their reality all the same.

Wow! I’d say the potential would be nearly limitless! Being free from all the mechanics of “running a business” would free me up to follow my passion…meeting new people and doing whatever I can to make a PERSONAL connection. Nothing beats a personal phone call or a face-to-face meeting!

The potential here is huge. I find myself filtering through spreadsheet to spread sheet, fumbling around all the managing and tracking i do daily, weekly and monthly.

If its a random drawing, can I be randomly drawn again? Though the odds seemingly are stacked against me, why couldn’t it happen. I’m writing in. Certainly don’t want a faulty belief system getting in my way. NOTHING is IMPOSSIBLE.
With the EA scholarship I’ve won, I have gained amazing insight into where my company stands and more thrilling, specific insight and clarity on how to make it grow. Adopting EA’s Funneling technique (I use it over and over) from lesson 2, I have achieved clarity in my 90 day cycle (the first time ever!), including redesigning my personal training schedule, my training packages, adding bootcamps and now enhancing and adding value to my small training groups with focused and speciality trainings (Implementing this week)! In fact, working these numbers has shown me exactly how many bootcamps, with how many campers, plus how many small groups, with how many participants, AND EVEN made it clear that in my small groups, I want to keep it at 7 max because after that it gets too big, PLUS, more powerfully, by the numbers, profits get smaller. I see clearly how I can specialize my small groups into focused yoga, pilates, or other specified goals or special population groups (which I’m so happy about because I love teaching yoga and Pilates and special populations) and into which I will be able to funnel bootcampers as well! Exciting! More options for clients. I am sure, EZ Operator will help track and multiply that exponentially and with ease.

Building my business using NPE systems is like opening up a complicated model plane box and finding easy reading instructions to get the thing built and on display. Just follow the instructions. Its taking me ALOT OF TIME to get all these numbers together, so anything that would simplify the process, do the metrics and link all that pertinent info into one program…awesome. I want it.

The growth that our business has had in the short time we have with NPE has been nothing short of amazing! It feels so great to see the transformation happen right in front of your eyes just from following the techniques you all teach! “With growth comes growing pains” is what I was telling one of my members yesterday who was asking when more training sessions would be available. The truth is we are barely hanging on to the growth we have now, we are just trying to keep it from getting out of control. So with this new rapid growth we need systems to automate everything we do. Right now we have at least 10 different excel spreadsheets and multiple software programs going on. It would be a significant asset to our business if we could have all of these systems in just one place!
I previously worked at a Fortune 500 company on systems and process integration for acquired locations. A fully integrated system is FUNDAMENTAL to business success. Without it, you are constantly “band-aiding” information flow and fixing mistakes.
I am planning to open a fitness facility in August. Which is why I am investing so much time on finding an operating system but I have not been overly impressed with anything so far. I am looking forward to learning more about EZOperator and seeing it live. I hope EZOperator will be the system I know I need to have to successfully manage my business.
To be honest I have used a few operations programs in the past and by the looks of yours it addresses so many problems that the other big name programs never even touched. That is exciting from a time saving money generating standpoint that we all can use help with.
My studio has been open now for just over 3 years and although it has grown a great deal in this time I feel this is more through luck than judgement and due to my willingness to consistently work 60+ hours per week.
I feel as a health and fitness professional it is my duty to be an example to my clients and to those that work for me. Working too many hours, not getting enough sleep and being too tired to train is not the way to be but sadly this has been the case for me in the past.
The whole purpose of joining this programme is to change this current situation. Live is for living having fun and building a legacy. The lessons I will learn on this programme will give me the tools to do this but the change in mindset that goes with that will allow me to grow and prosper in my business and personal life in a massive way!
It would be what I imagine life is like after death… peace and calm with quality time for rest and all of the things that I both want and need to do. This represents what the presidential campaign was all about “A time for serious change!”

Right now my day-to-day operations are unsystemized and done haphazardly at best. My ADD tendencies contribute to piles of papers stacking up on my desk (what I refer to as my “organized chaos” – I know EXACTLY where everything is – I promise!) which will occasionally lead to missed follow-up with prospects which means my business is losing out on thousands of potential dollars in revenue each year as a result. Another headache area is processing monthly recurring payments – our “EFT/ACH” system is manual entry of credit/debit cards which takes up WAAAAAY more time than it should – taking away from time that could be spent on relationship marketing, databasing, etc. If EZ Operator is all that its claimed to be…SIGN ME UP YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!
The answer is just potential. It will always be potential unless you do something with the software, in this case EZ-Operator. This has all the bells and whistles any business owner/entrepreneur can ask for.
However, if you don’t have a reliable systematic approach (aka VIP, Rainmaker and essentially all NPE programs) to continually fill the prospect to client funnel, EZ-Operator can’t do much for you. It’ll handle, like Sean said, 93% of the day to day operations. But if you don’t have clients, prospects, leads, etc etc… EZ-Operator is just one big potential. You need to have work for EZ-Operator to work with and on.
How often have you heard of an athlete or person who has unlimited potential, but never did anything with it because they didn’t put the work in to unleash that potential. Well that is what EZ-Operator is at the moment, an athlete with unlimited potential that hasn’t put in the work.
EZ-Operator alone seems to have it all, however it only has basic CRM/Marketing/Lead Generation capabilities. You can get a lot done with that and some people will feel that it is enough. However, from the above responses most people just don’t want enough. Most want freedom. Most want to live life and not live to work. You won’t get that with basic CRM/Marketing Capabilities.
To truly unleash the “potential” power of EZ-Operator and all its bells and whistles you need to feed the monster with leads, prospects, clients, etc etc. That’s why it’s imperative to understand marketing, sales, lead gen/direct marketing tactics, web SEO etc etc… Unfortunately that’s were EZ-Operator falls short and where programs like VIP, Deep Core, etc is crucial.
I don’t want to end my comments on a cynical note. What I do know is that from my end I don’t have EZ-Operator, but yet I consider myself pretty successful cause I can generate leads and close them at an over 90% clip.
Now I’m positioning myself to turn on the proverbial “prospect to client faucet” and a system like EZ-Operator will help me with all the back office operations (93% of it) so I can focus on being the “Rainmaker” for my biz and not worry about the mundane tasks. It’ll generate reports so I can track all my numbers and have crucial data allowing me to make better decisions as a biz owner so I can Dominate my area. EZ-Operator didn’t do that for me, but VIP and pretty much all of NPEs higher level programs helped me reach that level.
At that point guys you’ll have the Freedom, Leverage, and any other words you want to throw in at your finger tips. But as for now EZ-Operator is a tool that only has potential, until you feed that fire with fuel and unleash it on your market.

When you have a fully automated system, you’re potential is to a large extent unlimited! There’s two things to consider here: 1) Diversification and 2) Multiplicity.
When a company or sole owner diversifies, he is essentially hedging (protecting himself) against risk. This diversification allows for optimal stability in even the “rockiest” of economies.
When you adhere to the law of multiplicity, you are able to multiply yourself exponentially. So, rather than limiting yourself to training 20 clients in the flesh, for example, you can reach people all over the world through web videos, continuity programs, etc.
First and foremost, however, you must take action!
I am opening a training studio for the first time in my 21 year fitness career this month… I’ve watched you guys from the sidelines for YEARS, (first purchasing Eric’s ‘Ultimate PT Mktg Program for Fast Profits and Serious Net Worth’) – and I’ve been amazed (and frustrated) by the awesome growth you guys have experienced, along with the scores of other fitness professionals from all over the world! Hey! Through our sustained growth thanks to NPE, I am right now employing a studio manager who is going to be responsible for all of our day to day activities. We are curently with mindbody but not getting the numbers tracking and reports that we need from that system. It would be amazing for my business to run itself. I spend so much time doing everything that I hardly get to focus on doing what I really love to do, which is focus on my clients in my boot camp.
