<description>I have tallied them up yet. I jotted everything down with a pen and paper in hand...this is what I got (I&#039;ll total it when I get to the bottom):

1. Have a drive and passion to start fresh
2. Start with a VIP Bootcamp Website

6. Utilize Great Ads with a GREAT Headline that knocks out any intimdation and takes down walls
7. Put a deadline on offer that creates urgency
8. Include Testimonials in the ad
9. Have an &quot;A&quot; and &quot;B&quot; offer
10. Emphasize Customer Service
11. OVERDELIVER!!!
12. Give Monthly Nutrition Seminars
13. Give Monthly Grocery Shopping Tours
14. Have a Nutrition Q&amp;A session
15. Offer Food Journal Checks
16. Send out &quot;Thank you&quot; Cards
17. Send out Birthday Cards
18. Send emails with Recipe and Cooking tips
19. Offer Recipe and Cooking book
20. Give weekly cardio workout to get them motivated to workout on the days off from the bootcamp.
21. Go outside for a group excursion
22. Say everyone&#039;s name 2-3 times in a positive way during a session
23. Send out weekly information article
24. Send out frequent emails with fitness and nutrition tips
25. Reward achievments (ex. - Gift Certificates)
26. Have and online AND offline newsletter
27. Use video testimonials (for viral component as well as social proof)
28. Keep them interestes with FRESH, NEW workouts each time
29. COME TO EACH SESSION WITH ENERGY AND ENTHUSIASM
30. Walk around and say &quot;Hi&quot; to everyone and engage in some conversation
31. Don&#039;t treat as a side business...if members are going to pay a premium rate you have to give them a premium product
32. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS put clients first!
33. Get and administrative assistant

		<description>Here&#039;s what I found:

1. Treat boot camp like a real business, not a side business
2. Wows his campers every day
3. Care about your campers and let them know you care
4. Gives campers everything they need to succeed.
5. Say hello and have a conversation with each and every camper
6. Come to boot camp with energy and enthusiasm EVERY day.
7. No repetition on the workouts...new and fresh every time
8. Video testimonials from campers on the website
9. On-line newsletter
10. Off-line newsletter
11. Rewards every month for campers
12. Weekly nutrition tips or fitness tips to campers
13. Uses each campers name 2-3 times per class
14. Has excursions for campers outside of boot camp
15. E-mails weekly cardio plan for outside of workouts
16. Compiled a recipe book with recipes from campers
17. Sends birthday cards
18. Sends thank you cards after each camp
19. Does food journal checks for anyone who wants them
20. Holds a monthly nutrition class
21. Holds a monthly grocery store tour
22. Follows up with a nutrition Q&amp;A session
23. Used pics and testimonials in his print ads
24. Gives his clients no excuse not to renew by over-delivering
25. Ads have A &amp; B offer
26. Made contact with like-minded businesses, created SAs
27. Asked his SAs for info on the where to place an ad, listened to the advice and placed his ad in the right local publication
28. Had the passion and desire to start a new and successful business.
