Sean Greeley
“Mr. Systems”
Sean is all about making the most from of all you’ve got. As a professional Wake Boarder he rose to the very highest level, representing team USA at the World Championships in Germany. As a fitness business owner, again, he far surpassed what many of his peers in the industry dreamed of accomplishing, creating a 653-strong client base in just 3 years, starting from nothing. Sean was also recognized as one of the Top 10 personal trainers in the country.
Now with NPE, Sean (along with Eric) has started a business from scratch and turned it into a multi-million dollar, industry leading company in just two years. A feat recognized by the very best business builders in the world at the Glazer Kennedy Info-Summit 2008 where Sean & Eric won the “Info Marketer’s of the Year” award.
Sean’s biggest asset is his ability to systematize and then maximize almost every business essential from sales, to marketing, to management and more. If there’s a faster, easier and more profitable way to do something, Sean will find it.
In his spare time Sean likes to “relax” by cranking out nausea-inducing Cross-Fit workouts, surfing in oftentimes shark infested waters, or being pulled at up to 23mph, hanging onto the back of a wakeboarding boat.

Eric Ruth
“Marketing Maniac”
Eric is the godfather of direct response marketing in the fitness industry. After introducing fitness marketing that actually works to attract clients and make money, fitness business owners all over the world have been following his lead, and breaking sale record after sale record because of it.
He is most well know for creating a huge arsenal of powerhouse marketing tools, the most renowned being his famous “Icing The Cake” letter sequence. A marketing campaign that has been mailed millions of times, brought in thousands of new personal training clients, and made more money for the fitness business owners who use it than any other marketing tool…ever.
As a self-confessed information junkie, Eric really does have the inside scoop on why people buy. Combine his real-life testing experience with almost 15 years as a copywriter and marketer at the highest level in the fitness industry, and it’s no wonder “super trainers” such as Forrest Walden, Phil Kaplan and Alwyn Cosgrove, just to name a few, have lavished praise on Eric as the premier marketing mind in the industry. In fact, Fitness Together founder Rick Sikorski said this about Eric: “We evaluated many marketing consultants and realized you are the best. On behalf of myself and our hundreds of franchisees, a sincere thank you for all you have done for us.”
When he’s not showing fitness business owners the right way to market, Eric likes nothing more than to sit on his deck with his wife and dog overlooking “lake Ruth” and eat grapes… that have been crushed, fermented, aged in oak and bottled.

Dick Chilton
“$400 Million Man”
A veteran sales dog with over 30 year’s experience, Dick has ascended the corporate ladder, starting from bottom rung all the way right to the top.
Working with Fortune 500 companies like Engelhard, Seiko Instruments, Occidental Petroleum, Degussa Corporation and more, Dick has been directly responsible for well over $400 million in revenue.
A highly coveted sales trainer, Dick is also a master in the field of leadership, time management and business optimization. Fitness business owners across the country now benefit from the million dollar Fortune 500 success secrets Dick shares.
Living in Florida and trying to retire (Sean keeps pulling him back in the game), Dick, like so many successful people, is an avid reader, a pilot with over 6000 hours in the cockpit, and almost a scratch golfer – when he’s wearing his glasses.

Camelia Herndon
“The Coaches Coach”
Camelia belongs to a very small and elite group of fitness business owners who have produced over $1,000,000 per year in studio revenue. Like Sean, she has hands-on, in-the-trenches experience owning and operating a real fitness business at the highest level. It’s no coincidence that Camelia was an NPE client through her ascendancy to the top. In 2007, Camelia was awarded the Fitness Together Franchisee of the Year.
With a strong desire to share her wisdom, Camelia has moved out of the studio and is now focusing on coaching other fitness business owners to achieve the same career highs as she has by mastering fitness sales, marketing and management.
In her down time Camelia is a hard core workout fiend who maintains a level of fitness that would put to shame women (and men) half her age. Her competitive personality rubbed off on her two daughters, who now break boards in Tae Kwon Do, break records on the sports field (and break dance with their Nintendo Wii).
