Since I know many of you are into “hardstyle” training I wanted to let you know about a special event our friend Pavel is hosting in Ventura, CA.

This is taking place early November and is a special opportunity to get to meet Pavel and a few other big dawg RKC master trainers in a great “relaxed training” atmosphere (if there is such a thing).

Plus, I’m told Pavel’s will be sharing a ton of new training protocols he’s been working on with the TRX.
